Hi Friends, IRCC is asking me to submit certain docs to nearest VAC for COPR.

One of the document description is like below

"The height and eye colour (for both eyes) for the Principal Applicant and all of his accompanying dependants"

Anyone please tell how to prepare this?
Does simply submit height & eye color along with name and UCI in pdf is enough or any IRCC format is there ? Thank you

Regards,
Rama

Inland principal with 2 outland dependents
Got the portal email on June 27 and responded back immediately. Haven't received the login credential as of today.
Tried following up with that email but no response. Called the IRCC client service and was told it's probably due to the outland dependents so the VLU (Ottawa) is not taking any action.
I don't know why it's so hard for them to create the login as I am already in Canada or at least they could just repond back to my emails letting me know what's going on. I am so disappointed about the way they are treating the applicants
Got the same email , I’m in the same I’m principal Applicant + 1 Outland dependent. Will you let me know if you get any updates please ?

me too. My spouse reached here 3 months ago. Sent lot of web forms. No update. Received remedical for spouse 3 weeks ago. No final decision yet. Received GCMS last week and it’s in COVID PACE group.
Same here. Spouse is in Canada for a year now, updated via webforms but still waiting over a year now and file is in covid pace (2-TRG34LC). Do you know what this group means?

May I ask how do you know that IRCC has not received the email with PDF File in it? Is there a way to check if they received the answer or not?
I just simply asked them to confirm that they receive my previous email with a pdf file attached. They answered and asked to resend. When I send a jpeg file, it is going through.

@legalfalcon , How does the immigration work ? I mean is it really a law or a joke ? Any insight how 2021 applications are being processed irrespective of what type of applications they are I mean what can be done so that IRCC actually works on applications as they are received all stages passed applications are not even being looked at and at the same time applications for 2021 are being looked at and even getting PR irrespective of where the dependants are ? I seriously feel there is a huge gap in IRCC itself and want to understand the best way to highlight this to right people to get the files processed which have passed all stages
IRCC ad the Minister of Immigration have no say in this as all policy decisions are being made by the federal government on the recommendation of PHAC.

Only when PHAC recommends that people can in large numbers can come in, will IRCC be able to do anything.

Sir, same PHAC is allowing 2021 applications to be processed....

Are you kidding bro for 2021. People with AOR 2018/2019/2020 are still waiting
Seems like you have not been reading this thread. In fact the reason why people here are so disappointed is because 2019 and 2020 people are not getting COPR but 2021 people are progressing.

One Inland and 2 Outland they received mail. Not sure what is the issue with 2018, 2019, 2020.... till 2021 Feb they are processing very slowly.

Now for Inland as well as Outland they are processing in 50 days brother. May be by Sep7th they will issues all the pending and new applications.

If you check the May and June Thread everyone are getting on 50 days. From August 9th they will process more fast I guess. Will see the luck.
