Preliminary Assessment - What is your Input??

Hello!

After sending my full application, I got an e-mail after 2 months that they have completed " preliminary assessment" on all my supporting documents and after carefull review of all supporting documents, they want me to submit IELTS.

They gave 60 days for IELTS.....

My Question is, does this mean all my other documents has been passed ?? or they may request again any additional documents? specifically Education, work etc??

If I submit IELTS next month, how long it will take to any further step like Medicals etc ( Of course if all went okay

No sure... they may ask documents on later stage or maybe IO is satisfy with your submitted documents. How many points you are in need from IELTS? I think if with IELTS your got enough points... that should be fine and next step is Medicals request... but when.. no one knows.

I have one doubt, did you send your ielts results since the beginning? or did you try to prove english proficiency through english explanation letter?

Yes, I submitted one letter included all my eductaional and employment documents, but got request for IELTS.

just do ielts don't waste time what ever cic ask just do it no more questions its batter for you and they can not compete you assessment till you give thim IELTS. so its up to you.

Well, it's obvious to ask you IELTS, if you have submitted only educational and employee letter but not english proficiency proof. Once they receive your IELTS score, they will assess your file in detail. They won't find major mistake since you passed preliminary assessment except english proficiency.

One thing for sure, you delayed 2 months you process by not giving proof of english proficiency. After you submit IELTS, time depends on volume of applicants, present scenario 2 to 5 months.
