Whats the chances of getting Scholarship/grants if a new PR wants to go to school in Canada tuition cost CAD $ 20k-80k? Is there any grant/scholarship/grants available?

I don’t think so, you pay the local student fee from the day one you get PR (as far i know about universities in Ontario), the grants and scholarships are on merit normally 80% Canadian or GPA 3.7 are normal standard, but some small universities doesn’t offer good funding. The professional courses mean Finance, Business, Accounting, Computing Masters courses has the same standard fee (approx CAD 15k – 20K per annum) for national and international student and top universities e.g. UBC, Toronto, York, Waterloo doesn’t offer financing for these courses as majority of student join these courses after some work experience. Then you are left with (in Ontario) OGS and SSRCH scholarships which need 80% Canadian marks, If you can explain the specialization area then I can explain further, as am on scholarship by my university.

University of Ottawa...MBA (Finance)
Queens.....MBA
Ivy .........MBA

These are the three I will try but my decision is based on scholrship/grants

For MBA funding is too tough. Nearly 0%, but you have option with UWO IVEY to go for loan, check their web.
