hi guys, my husband and I are planning to land on July 2010 but unfortunately I became the principal witness for a criminal case of robbery from which the first court hearing had just been started last week. Can we land to Canada even if this case is still on-going at this time? Just enter to get our PR Cards and will leave Canada as I need to attend more future court hearings in my country of origin.
