Nope, It was generated on March 15, but not having a portal access and IRCC's portal bug, they have created new portal case and I got an acess of eCOPR around April 4th.

Probably based on where you currently reside. Anyways mine is Etobicoke and my dates are exactly like yours + 1 day...

That sucks. I wonder why some people receive it quickly and why some have to wait for weeks??
Not sure one of friend applied same time he got ecopr in oneday I'm not sure how exactly it works,please update if you get it.
I sure will! I can see the CoPR number in the application tracker, so no idea why the CoPR itself takes so much.
