PR confirmation portal timelines

Did you receive your PR Card? I am in a similar situation, I got my eCoPR in February 2023 but my photo got rejected once. I uploaded the next photo immediately but it's been more than 5 months now. A few days back I saw the case is "closed and accepted" in PR portal. My photo status has also changed from "in review by IRCC" to “ready to submit to IRCC”. Additionally, the application tracker does not found my PR card application. I have linked my PR card application to GCKey and the status is still processing. Do you have any idea?

Thank you, I called them few days back early morning but I could not talk to anyone. I sent a webform request and explained but I just received a typical standard reply with no useful info.
Try again until you talk to an agent. 5 months in this step is a lot.
Any particular reason why your photo was rejected the first time?
first was on 3rd july and then day before yesterday 3rd notice, I sent explicitly mail yesterday explain this and attached screenshots. today morning when I woke up I already had email.

Current wait times from Montreal are pretty bad. Anywhere from 15 days upwards!

If you could tell me when you sent a mail yesterday, did you again incorporate all the information asked in portal 1 or simply addressed your grievances that you have already responded to portal 1?
Did you reply at the same email id from which you had received portal 1?
Actually I am in a waiting queue like many others.
