How do you link your gc key account with your pr portal after you receive ECOPR when you had your application done through a representative?

Go into your GC key account and click „link an existing application to your account“. Try to find your application with UCI and family name. You should find it. We also had a representative and I wasn’t able to link my PR application. But I was able to link the PR Card application as soon as we received our eCoPR

So, there was one ghost update and the second one was an approval.

Exact same for me. 1 GU then approved in GCKEY.

PR Confirmation e-mail - Feb 08th 2023, 1:05PM - Etobicoke. (Replied the same day).
Email with PR Portal credentials - Feb 09th 2023, 5:39PM (declaration and photo submitted the same day).
eCoPR generation date - Pending
PR Cards received - Pending
VO - CPC Ottawa (PR Confirmation e-mail came from Etobicoke?).

Portal email usually comes from Etobicoke when the VO is Ottawa

3. When did you declare your presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal? Jan 13th
4. When did you receive ECOPR? Feb 10th (Etobicoke)
5. What is the VO? Calgary
6. When did you receive your PR card in the mail? Pending

Is 4 days a long wait to get eCoPR? I have only just submitted my photo & address. Was trying to gauge from other posts the time line.

I got email that I can download my copr from portal.

Timelines defer bcoz the PR approvals during christmas season take longer to get eCOPR. I suppose now it should be quicker than the Christmas season.

I have linked PR card application with GC key today. It shows date received as January 12, 2023 and status says "We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you."

update on 9th Fed 2023, Got the PR card (+2 dependents). Was approved on 6th Feb 2023
