Can I submit my profile after ITA and generate checklist multiple times or I can only do that once?

You can make changes to your post ITA profile any number of times till you pay the fees and submit the application. Ensure you don't make any changes, deliberately or otherwise, which cause a material difference to your application and CRS score as that will lead to cancellation post submission.
