PPR 2013 from outside Canada

Guys,
I see applicants from Jan 2013 have started to receive their MR, PPR and Bio data. And many people have applied from outside Canada. So I thought it will be good if we have a thread to discuss on how we get the visa stamped if people are outside Canada.
Please post suggestions, comments and experiences.

Good idea for applicants who applied from outside Canada, or are outside Canada by the time they get PPR.
All I can tell you for now is that you'd have to check with the countries laws about mailing passports in the mail.
I remember someone saying that in some countries it's illegal?! Not sure about that tho.
