Hi
I received the police certificate from the authorities in UAE and they put my date of birth in year only without mentioning the day and the month of birth in the police certificate, do I need to ask them to change it or not? Because it will take time.
Thank you

Have no experience with it, so this is just a personal opinion.

Does it say Date of birth or does it say year of birth? Was it a mistake by them or is this the way they usually do it (putting the year and not the date of birth). Is there any other way of identifying you, like passport number or something on your PCC.

If this is the way they usually do it, then it should be okay.

What do others think? has anyone got rejected because of this?

Hi
They mention the date of birth and they put the year only like this ((Date of Birth: 1974))
Usually the put the day and the month and the year, I think they made a mistake here
So is this OK? Or I have to do it a gain?
Please advice me

i'd say do it again because CIC might think its fake. What do others think? wait for someone else's opinion.
I know if this was from a country where it is hard to get the PCC, i probably wont do it again.

I have had my PCC from UAE and it says complete DOB on it. To get the PCC from UAE and especially if you are living abroad is a real problem, I will suggest you to send what you have - their PCC paper have a security watermark on it so there is no question of being fake. Wait until they ask it again and then you can fix it. If you are living in UAE, just take it back to the police headquarters and ask them to fix this problem.
