Hello, I am Canadian planning to fly from Asia via Detroit, US, to Montreal, which is my final destination.

Would the US officers regard me as someone entering US? or just bypassing US?

Would they ask me to quarantine for 14 days because I 'entered' the US?

Would I be able to take the connecting flight to Montreal without any trouble?

I am unvaccinated, by the way.

Thank you for your answers in advance.

You can’t board a plane to US if you aren’t vacinnated.

I have to board a plane to Canada, you mean?
Not sure what you mean. If you are flying to Detroit, to board the plane, you must show proof of vacinnation. If you are a Canadian citizen, you can fly directly to Canada if you are not vaccinated. However, you cannot fly domestically without proof of vaccination. When requirements will change is not known.
