POF for CEC Outland applicant

Hello, Is there any CEC outland applicant out there who has submitted their application without providing Proof of funds. Just getting paranoid about mixed talk about showing funds or not? Please let me know if we need to add POF when applying under CEC. Thanks a lot.

You don't have to show POF for CEC even if you are an outland applicant. However, make sure you upload an LOE.

Hi, am also CEC outland applicant. Family of 3. Do I need to show proof of funds for all 3 of us. Or keeping a letter saying " invited under cec" is enough.
My friends say, as am outland I should show money for safer side. Please guide me.
