Hey there is a major difference intially when you receive your AOR you can see the status Application In process and once Sydney office confirms your eligibility they transfer your file to Local Visa office and there your file status changes to Application Received
thank u for your response, ours, done with everything waiting for ppr, medical done on Feb. Til now, nothing change, and in ecas it says in process

Hello to you,

DOES ANYONE KNOWS WHAT THE LAST PARAGRAPH MEANS PLEASE CONCERNING THE UPFRONT MEDICAL EXAM.

How to include your medical exam results with your application
If you had an upfront medical exam before sending in your application, then you must include a copy of the IMM 1017B Upfront Medical Report form with your application.

If the doctor works with eMedical, they’ll give you an information sheet print out to include with your application.

""If you had your medical exam after submitting your application, you don’t need to send us anything.""

It says that if you have don upfront medical exam before submitting paper application then you need to send that eMedical sheet and/or IMM 1017B form

or if you have done upfront medical after submitting paper file then you dont need to do anything. Basically doctor will upload your medical result to them directly into their portal.
