PNP Nominated - Awaiting PR approval from IRCC - child birth

Hello all, can anyone please help me about this question? I have a PNP nomination for myself, spouse and 1 child. IRCC is still processing the case after 600 score got added, but moving at a snail's pace. If while in the waiting, my second child i born, what is the process? Do I need to inform SINP and IRCC both? What will be the sequence of steps to get the newborn added? PLease help.
