You need to find a program that will make sense given your previous education and that would lead to career advancement. Given your advanced schooling that could be quite difficult. Have you looked at whether you qualify for economic immigration (express entry)? Or if you have specialized skills whether you might get hired for a job in Canada? I assume you are only looking at studying for immigration purposes.
