I am from india right now in canada and i have one year skilled experience from india and i also got reference letter from company so will they call to my company for verification and if they do then wat they will ask.please reply if anyone knows

It depends, they only verify the basic details like : Whether you have worked there and for how much time and what was the designation .

They may call your company for verification purposes, yes. During the verification call, they can ask to verify anything you have said about your employment in your application and/your reference letter, including, but not limited to:

a) Whether you actually work at the company in question
b) Whether your job responsibilities are what you say they are
c) Whether you work as many hours as you claim you do
d) Whether you get paid as much as you said you did
e) Whether or not you have worked at the company for as long as you said you did
f) What location you work at

And other questions as well, if they seem necessary, or crop up.

It really depends, I claimed points for 1 year for my Indian exp, Just submitted the Ref letter, Everything was smooth. Employer didnt get any call. So you never know they may or may not call.

You may need to supply payslips along with your application to CIC.
