I am currently a permanent resident of Canada but I wish to travel to USA for vacation but before I got the permanent resident status I was a refugee in Canada thus I have no passport.
1)Would I able go to USA?
2)If I can what document would I need?

You can get a passport in Canada as a non-Canadian, see http://www.passport.gc.ca/info/index.aspx?lang=eng&region=NonCA

You would however have to ask the US embassy if you need a visa to the US with this passport.
