Please help - urgent - schedule A query

All members,,,thanks in advance. I need to submit my schedule A till tomorrow.
I've one important question. During my 3 years employment in UK, my company sent me to South korea for one week on business Visa. Do I have to include this information in schedule A somehow? My passport does show South Korea Visa, entry and exit stamps. Please give your suggestions.

Yes you should include every trip when it is out of your home country or living country.

according to the request letter from CIC, are you requested to submit schedule A OR just the first page of schedule A?

I am just requested to submit page 1 only and there is no travel history...

Thanks Guys. I was asked to submit newly completed Schedule A IMM 5669 form.
