Please help me out, my gcms notes says application approved in 23 august but still no portal request or call from ircc

CEC inland aor 20 june I applied gcms notes says my application has been approved on 23 august but no portal request yet. even my COPR number has been issued.
please help my what should I do.? anyone in same situation??? do anyone know RROC contact/email address?? my file is tuck in RROC. please help me I will appreciate that.

similar situation.. aor 5 apr - application approved in aug 24, copr initiated and waiting for portal email

Same here, approved in June 2021, no portal.
RROC created my COPR, primary VO IRCC Ottawa, not sure how to reach out to them.

Sent email to IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca (2 times) and CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca (2 times), but no reply.
Also sent to ircc.clientportalprairies-prairiesclientportail.ircc@cic.gc.ca but they said my file is not with them
Raised webform 2 times...nothing
Also called IRCC 2 times, but there is nothing the agent can do about it.


But I guess you can still try these email addresses, there is no harm

I wrote them and got the replying saying my application is still in progress.

Yes I got my COPR, just email your information to your landing office.
Name
Uci number
Current country where you live
Last entry date and location
Date of birth.
what is your landing office I mitht have their email id
