Please Advise PMM-Medical Expiring

My wife and I applied for permanent residency in July 04. We received IA in March 05 with interview waived. Our medical was done on April 30th 2005. Buffalo office requested us to pay RPRF in Oct 05. We ordered CAIPS and found out that our BFD was 1-1-2006. We havent heard anything till now.
Meanwhile my wife is 3 months pregnant.

1) What do I do if they ask us to udergo medical tests again since it is expiring on April 30th?

2)Should I notify the office that my wife is pregnant even before they ask us to undergo medical test and request extension?

Experts please help.

Dear VJRT,
I had the similar timeline, except that I applied in Jan 2005.
Today I received the passport request from Buffalo. My BF date was also Dec 31, 2005. So don't worry you should get the PP request shortly. Amazingly, the CIC did not ask me to undergo another Medical, though its more than 1 year since I did my medical.

FBI and Landing Fee sent March 21 2005

PP request Apr 03 2006
