Petition for the extension of four year limit in Canada

Hello friends

Does anybody have any idea regarding the petition for the extension of four years limit ? I'm a Food Service Supervisor for over a year now and on my 3rd year here in Alberta. Since my NOC has been disqualified for CEC, I wasn't able to apply for PR because even my current employer is not supporting any AINP application.

I can not find anything about that but here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2013/ob523.asp it says that NOC 0 and A are exempted from the 4 year limit. However, unlucky for you, your NOC is B.

You still have time so in your position, I would try to get another job and LMO and change your work permit, either to a 0 or A skilled position if you can, or to an employer who is willing to sponsor under PNP. You have no future staying with the current employer with that NOC if they wont apply for PNP.
