I was working remotely from Edmonton for my employer based in Ottawa. For the work history and personal history sections, should I list my home address (Edmonton) or my employer’s location (Ottawa)?

Since personal history is populated from work history, the field asks for “City/Town where activity took place (required).” What should I enter there in this case?
 
The company's address has nothing to do with "City/Town where activity took place (required)." You need to indicate where you actually were while working. Sorry I have nothing more to add to this. Wait for some other inputs.
 
So there are 2 different questions
1. When we add the work history section for which we claim points, there it asks for the employer and the address
2. In the personal history section where it asks for City/Town where activity took place
