I was a student with a valid study permit, and I was at Quebec living and working 20 hours a week (study permit valid) during the PEQ change in July 22, 2020.
According to the government page>
Temporary foreign workers who hold a valid work permit or another authorization to work under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (SOR/2002/227) and who were living in Québec on July 21, 2020 will be able to submit an application for permanent selection based on the conditions in effect before July 22, 2020.
I just graduated, now I can work full time. Can I apply under old legislation in 12 months from here? I never departed Quebec nor lost my condition.
