PEI EE Close family members

Dear
In an adaptability section if I mention my wife's cousin (Not1st cousin) it will add my 5 Score. What documents they might ask to prove the relationship?

A distant cousin is not a close family member who lives in PEI.

As stated on the PEI site - Includes brother/sister, aunt/uncle, niece/nephew, parents or grandparents of the applicant or the applicant’s spouse/common-law partner.
