I have submitted PCC with my full documents to visa office (Buffalo).
If it takes time to process the case for example one year; Can visa officer ask me to re-submit the PCC again?

Yes at anytime

Ive sent my Full documents to Buffalo,NY on May 27th.One of my PCC from Georgia,USA state was issued more than 3 months before.Is it possible it is expired as per Buffalo office and i will have to take it again?

When you submit the PCC, it should not be old more than 90 days. If it is older than 90 days, you are not suppose to submit it.
(It does not matter when you received it; date of issue mentioned on it should not be older than 90 days, when submitting).

I am not sure what is the fact; but I submitted PCC from my native country, USA (FBI) and states of USA where I lived 6 or more months.
Getting PCC form states is very easy; check out the below link for USA state's PCC

If PCC is not older then 90 days when submitted the application; then PCC is valid.
IF PCC was older then 90 days when full doc was submitted; PCC was invalid (you may get request to re-submit from visa office).

I hv shifted to my current adress 2 months earlier and my pcc says i am living here from past 2 months. will that be a problem with CHC new delhi ? Should I get another pcc from the police station under which i resided earlier ? any suggestion is welcome.

You are correct. "The Visa Office will advise you if state certificates are required in your case."

Again, the PCC cannot be older than 3 months from the date of the initial application to the CIO-Sydney.

You do not submit PCCs to CIO-Sydney. You submit them to the local visa office.

But the official application date is the date received at CIO-Sydney, not the date that the full application is submitted to the local visa office.

And yes, visa officers can request new PCCs at their discretion.

Sorry, I am not sure what you have asked here;
my PCC does not says that I lived to specific place from xxx date to yyy date or I am living at such & such place since this many months/years.
It only says that such & such person who is resident of such & such address does not have criminal record.

If issued PCC have date of staying at specific residence; then it's better if that matches to the history of past/current lived residence.

It seems that my understanding was totally wrong;
does that mean if someone gets PCC; & after 2 months that person applies to CIO, Canada. Once application is approved say after 2 months; and asked to submit full doc in 120 days (4 months) & full doc are submitted after 3 months of this instruction;
if those PCC are submitted after 2 + 2 + 3 = 7 month
those PCC are valid since those PCC were issued 2 month before initial application to CIO, Canada?

Please correct if this assumption is wrong.

Yes My pcc shows the date and adress clearly. I also think that i should get it from the earlier police station also. Thanks for your suggestion
