We got invitation on Aug 20 and am the primary applicant. My Husband is a Srilankan and he stayed in India for past 5 years. When we tried to apply PCC via BLS first they asked me to get approval from Consulate since he is non Indian. We sent mail to Consulate there is no reply and we tried to call the number listed in the website which is not working.
Last week another person from BLS told that they can accept PR invitation but their condition is, we should get PR invitation in his name. I called Immigration they told that PR invitation will be issued only in primary applicant name.
We started getting PCC from Indian consulate which is situated in Srilanka. My doubt is whether IRCC accept this PCC or they will reject this?
