Passport Sumbission

Hello,

I was asked to submit my passport to the VAC. I live in Prague so we had to go to Vienna to do the biometrics. On the Embassy to Vienna website, it states that "Visa and Immigration section is no longer open for submission of applications, documents or passports, or any enquiries." What does that mean? where do I send my passport?

If I'm not wrong you have submit your Passport by VFS Global. They will send it to Vienna Embassy. They will get fixed fee for this service surely. You can check their website for detail :
