I applied a work permit in visa center in person then the decision come a refusal stating that I’m not capable for the job that I seek and the employer didn’t demonstrate in a need for a caregiver to take care of children or elderly. Last August 1 the IRCC emailed my consultant wherein a document request to submit my passport at VAC. does this means my visa was approved? Hope can someone answer my question! I will appreciate it
