Passport expiry

I am an Indian citizen, and currently, working in the US. I received my COPR (express entry) and is planning to travel to Canada to validate it in a couple of months. However, my passport expires in 2021. So in the future when I renew my passport what will be the process to enter Canada?

No change in process. Just carry both old and new passport, as well as your PR card.
