Passport Dispatched after a day of receiving Medical Request

I applied to Canada for study permit via paper application. It has just been 10 days since I submitted my application to VFS Global of Nepal. I was notified that my application had reached High Commission on June 19, a day after submitting my documents to VFS Global of Nepal. 9 days later, I received an email requesting for Medical examination. The next morning, I received another email requesting the submission of supporting documents without mentioning any specific document. A few hours later, I received another email stating that my passport had been dispatched from the High Commission. I am super anxious at the moment. I have linked my paper application to online application, but the portal says, "A final decision is yet to be made."

I have been provided good amount of scholarship that almost covers my tuition and housing fee. My parents are equally worried. I would highly appreciate any expert knowledge. Thank you very much for the help.

What does the VFS tracking say about the passport status? I think you got approved without a medical. It is rare but happens sometime.

The VFS tracking says the following: Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office NEW DELHI. I am very worried. Any idea what the result might be?

Well, the CIC application status is the only way to get to know. If it says, decision pending then I am not sure about the application status. You can collect your passport from the Kathmandu office usually in the third day of passport being dispatched. J hunxa, ramrai hunxa. All the best!

So, I went to VFS and have been requested to submit the medical examinations report, proof of receipt of tuition paid to the university and to resubmit the passport along with those documents. I am planning to send the receipt of the first year tuition paid to the university. I hope this is not a bad sign. I would love to hear your thoughts on this. Thank you very much for the help, guys.
