Do I have to include my part time jobs that I worked when creating an EE profile?

Only if you want to claim points for those jobs.

If you do not include them in the work history section it's fine but once you receive your ITA you must include them in the personal history section. No proof of employment will be required for those jobs.

speaking of which, I was wondering if it was hard to mix work and studies? And does the university try to adapt to your situation?
