Paper based PNP and EEPNP

Hi,

I have paper-based PNP in BC, and have submitted to the federal in July 2019, but the processing time is very slow. Can I apply for EE-BC PNP? If so, do I need to withdraw the paper-based PNP, or they can be parallel processed.

If you have already been nominated by the province they will not re-nominate you under EE.
