Hello experts, I need your advice: my husband is going to apply for extension of his OWP, since I already applied for my PGWP, and I believe I am working in a NOC B position. We are waiting for the three payslips. Then I will ask for a letter from my employer, because in my contract there aren't any duties mentioned. So I expect to resolve that with a letter from them.
My question is: what are the benefits of applying for a extension of the OWP of my husband, vs applying for a BOWP, since he has just applied for the EE in the CEC stream, some days ago? Is it better to apply for a BOWP, and not bother with my job duties, contract and letter explaining the NOC? His current permit expires in November.
