My spouse has previous overstay in Canada and I got PR through CEC. I am thinking of sponsoring him now. He left Canada when I submitted jh application. He left voluntarily. I just wanted to know if I should have him write a letter apologizing and admitting his mistake of overstaying in Canada. Or should I just do an explanation letter and that would be sufficient. All the time he was here, we applied for Three TRPs, out of which two refused and the third one is being processed. I just wanted to know how should I go about this when submitting this application.
