Hello,
I need urgent guidance. My sister in laws's friend has submitted Outland Spousal Sponsorship application.
Country specific requirement needs Travel Supplementary form- 5562. They did submit the form but made an error- Instead of primary Applicant they added spouses travel history first and under spouse they added primary applicant's travel.
They do not have the file number yet. Her visitor visa was refused and she only has her UCI. Can they submit new form via webform? They do not want to get the application returned as incomplete or wrong and go back in the queue. Please help. They have a new born and want to join father as soon as possible.

If you mean that the travel of the principal applicant was actually submitted (but as spouse of sponsor), it will probably be fine. IRCC has seen lots of errors and as long as they have the travel history of the (actual) applicant and their name is properly identified, they'll figure it out- usually.

(I assume that what you mean is that two 5562 forms were submitted - I'm only familiar with the paper version).

To rule out any issues: submit a webform - yes, using the UCI - and submit a new one with proper terminology (name) and a short letter of explanation.

If not clear: do NOT submit one for the sponsor.

Thank you for responding Back
I will explain again
A is sponsor
B is Primary Applicant
ALl other forms are correct but in 5562 under applicant's first and last name- they added A- Sponsor's name (Instead of Primary applicant) and travel history then they added B- Primary applicant's travel history under spouse.

As above, send a corrected form.
