My wife landed in Canada in Aug, Her 3 month waiting period has been completed for OHIP. We just realized that a trip we booked to visit family in Dec for Christmas will put her over the 30 day absence in the first 183 days.
Will her OHIP eligibility therefore be void on the 31st day? Will they revoke her card? Will she have to re establish the 3 month waiting starting on her 31st day out of the province?
