out-of-country travelling during CEC process

Hello,

My wife and I received the AOR and request for medicals about a month ago.
We have completed the medical exam about two weeks ago.
My understanding is they will request for our passports if everything is ok.

We are both traveling to Korea, departing Vancouver next week.
I will be back in a month, my wife will be back in two months.
Will there be any problems when coming back to Canada? Or will there be any problems with the CEC process?

Just paranoid a bit.. Thank you for your help. I'm sure this question has been asked before.

when did you apply? coz i have a friend, he applied in march. and he was requested for medical in august. but until now, no reply from visa office yet. so, it's been 3 months now.
