ordering GCMs note

Hi All,

Is there any negative impacts from ordering a GCM note. My application (CEC) is now over 6 months - 6 months 11 days - and wondering what the delay could be/what could happen next...

No impact.I ordered mine in Feb 10.Received Ppr on Feb 13,sent passport and received my copr 2 days ago.I havent even received the GSMS notes yet.

Just ordered mine too and would love to experience what you did! May I ask what your AOR was, please?

@Bitema. Thanks. Did you mean when you ordered your GCM note, you incidentally got your PR approved. I've read from this forum too about someone who called a CIC phone rep to ask why the delay, only to be told his PR has been approved ....
