Ordering GCMS from ATIP Canada

Guys I had ordered the gcms notes with my Canadian frnds contact details .
My friend received a mail that the file number i provided was not an express entry file and also asked to specify whether I want electronic notes or physical file.
Also the mail says that they are putting my gcms request on hold till the time i provide this info to them
I had included my Express entry number E000******
Then what went wrong ???

I think your friend should select permanent residence application, not Express Entry file.

They have asked to reply on mail.
So should we just do that or need to do the entire request process again?

You would reply them back via mail, otherwise, you have to fill out application from scratch and would wait another 30 days for that notes.
