Option C Printout

I had a quick question about the Option C Printout. From 1998 - 2003 I attended college in the US and then I started working in Texas after graduation until November of 2011. In November I moved back to Canada and have been working here for the past 3 months.

Would I still need to request this document, as my last Notice of Assessment for Canada would have been either back when I was in College or even before that (high school). Or should I go the letter route, and include my W2's from previous years of work in the United States?

Thanks in advance!

i am sort of the same boat. i was living in the uk for the past 3 years. I still got my option c but it says my income was zero.....(but i was lucky enough that my dad did file my income tax every year when i was away, even though canada income was zero)

i have written a letter talking about my income in the uk, attached my pay slips from the 6 months before i left the uk and attached my option c....

i haven't applied yet, but i'm hoping this will be enough!
