My husband, me and my kids plan to move to Canada from USA some time in Aug-Sep 2018, my husbands company has processed W1 Work Permit and V1 Visitors visa for me.
Now i got to know that the spouse can apply for Open Work Permit(OWP), and my husband falls under NOC Code A.
I just wanted to know since my V1 Visa is already processed can i apply now for OWP before moving to Canada? Or will i be eligible to apply for OWP only after i enter Canada?
