As far as I know NOC does not have a role in nomination. As long as the NOC is under skill type 0, A or B and the applicant meets all the documentary requirements with regard to nomination, nothing can come in way from the applicant getting the nomination.

Officially for Ontario there is no such criterion as NOC selection.

However, it does not mean that they have priorities for certain NOCs which are more in-demand at the particular point in time.

Are we sure about this? My personal experience, and my own NOC, which to be honest should not be in demand ever, at all, indicates that OINP may actually not be as discriminating with what NOCs they prioritize as other provinces may be.
This is all just speculation based on my own NOC, and my OINP nomination.

I have newly joined in the group, I submitted my PNP application in Januray, I need a help from you guys, I am CSC applicant and changed my address recently , I want to send change of addrees info to OINP but I didn't find any web form on the website to fill it and send it over , can someone requested for it and know and can send me link to webform or actual webform to change address..thanks for your help

OINP must be notified if there are any changes to your personal information or circumstances as detailed on your Nominee Application.

You must complete the Change of Personal Information Form if there are any changes to your personal information. This form can be downloaded from the OINP website. Completed forms should be submitted to OINP by mail, fax or email attachment. http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPFORMS.html
