one year pilot programe

Hi, i had already apllied my wife PR application but i heard that cic start new one year pilot programe. i am living in canada and my wife is in back home.so should i eligible to apply for that programe? and i submitted my wife PR application from inside canada.

If your wife is in India - then you submitted an outland application (not inland). Outland applications do not qualify for open work permits. So no - you are unfortunately not eligible.
