On Study Permit, Want to Apply My Spouse as Common-Law BUT...

But when I applied for my Study permit my marital status declared was SINGLE.
I really want to bring my girlfriend here in Canada, I cannot take long distance relationship and that is my major concern now if that would affect on her application. Before I leave, we were living in the same house and already falls to the category of Common-Law.

Should I proceed with here application or will this be a ground for refusal.

Yes it will be. Your option is to marry her and then you can start the process for her work permit.
