Has anyone added spouse to theIr application after receiving Nomination from Ontario?
how would that influence the PR application process
I have been doing some reading on this. If you are married and spouse is not accompanying, you cannot add them after nomination because your PNP application is based on non accompanying spouse which you will have mentioned in the PNP application. If you are not married, you can get married after AOR and your application will be processed normally, nomination or not.

Hello Friends,

One quick question, can you please tell me ,ONIP PR holder can move to other state of Canada without living at all in Ontario ?

Please let me know.
Once you are a Permanent Resident, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms - Point 6 (Mobility Rights) allow you to move freely within Canada.

But I should warn you that you have a moral obligation to at least try and make it in the province that nominated you. Using PNP as a backdoor entry into Canada is discouraged. This is especially a problem in smaller provinces (PEI, for instance).

If they find out that you never intended to remain in the province of nomination, they will invoke the misrepresentation clause and void your nomination which will effectively void your PR. This rarely happens but this is a real possibility.

I have mentioned this several times over the years but here they are again...

Hi Group Members,
I have few queries with regards to NOI letter that I received today.
My scenario is
- I entered in Canada on 14th June 2019.
- I created my profile in Feb 2020.
- on May 1st 2020, the system has counted my score as 443 based on 1 year experience but ideally, I will complete 1 year in Canada on 14th June 2020.
- Today I got NOI from Ontario PNP
- I can see that it is written in many forums and blogs that I have 45 days to respond to NOI for submitting my documents.
- so I am thinking to wait until 15th June 2020 to respond to NOI
My question to this group is, am I doing right thing? because in my case, the 45 days will be ending on 25th June 2020 and I am planning to respond to NOI on 15th June 2020.

am I doing correct?

Seeking your advise.

Thanks
Vishal

I still haven't received any email.
Does it take long or I wasn't lucky enough:(
