I submitted my passport the day I applied for my study permit(March 16th). This was a paper based application.
Medicals passed- 11th June
AIP received 10th September
BVL was sent to me on Dec 1st via the GC key.
Now, the SDS online folk usually receive their BVL and PPRs together. Sometimes even on the same day. A PPR pretty much confirms your approval most of the times. So my doubt is what is the equivalent of a PPR for someone who applied through NON-SDS and submitted their passport beforehand. Do we get any sort of acknowledgement after the BVL or is it the final decision straightaway?
