@legalfalcon
Pls help on that..i am really tensed
There is no requirement of minimum salary under immigration law. All IRCC wants is that you be paid for the work you do. It doe snot matter if your salary is decreased or increased.

@legalfalcon much thanks for your response.
My PNP nomination is based on my employment but it's stated in the letter that there is no employment restriction. So, shall I inform both province and IRCC upon changing my job?
This is based on your circumstances. So read the rules and do accordingly. Since I am not privy to your documents, I cannot affirmatively say anything. If your PNP nomination is not dependent on your job, then you can change it.

However, beware that IRCC rules and laws and different for Provincial immigration laws under which your PNP is processed. So it is important that you comply with both.

Finally after 5 months Eligibility Recommended Pass.
You got notes or how do you know?
Also I am shocked they asked for rcmp so late in the process. That is so pointless to ask for it via ADR. My god! They have your biometrics and can do it easily from their side but no they are bothering us with stupid pointless request instead of processing the applications.

such a shame

I think on 17 march file must have been reviewed by case analyst (A11.2) , the analyst must have marked eligibility recommend pass and asked for RCMP. But this could have been done much earlier...
I don’t have words how ridiculous all of this. Can you please explain how did you order notes? I fell like I need to order it as well.

Did any PNP Inland applicants got COPR in this group?

I checked immigration tracker but I couldn't find any PR approved applicants since August.
IRCC has forgotten to process Pnp..

I called the agent again , as the last time I did not get satisfactory answer.
She said eligiblity is recommended pass.
Yes, i got ADR for RCMP, which they could have asked back in Jan. I got GCMS notes delivered few weeks back, there is a note by agent for RCMP on 13 jan, but they asked me for it on 17 March. What a waste of time.
Congrats buddy. Is the same status reflected in your CIC profile? My status hasn't changed since AOR in Oct'20 for everything except for BIO and MED (we are reviewing your eligibility/we are processing your background check).

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone knows how accurate the status bar is on the applications? Should we give or a take a few days? Or just sit tight and wait for an email? :(

Hi everyone,
It seems like IRCC is communicating a delay going on in the Permanent Residency program because of Covid-19. Through the website Immitracker I found out for recent applications from outside of Canada it is taking about 240 days average. That's at least 3 more months from average October AOR date, does anyone know average time for US applicants? I have a possible job offer but the Work Permit is expected right now to be about 5+ months; so maybe PR is a quicker option. Anyone else in the same situation?
Good luck on your pursuits!

Yes , it's sad :(

Sydney office mostly deal with PNP and FSW , and they supposed to focus more on INLAND peeps, but neither inland and outland get PR these days.
My question is, nobody can just estimate how many application left ( and connect with CBSA and other departments)and give us approx timeline for approval ?? If IRCC just say wait for 3 more months and then you will get your pr , eventually i can plan for my life.
