Hi, I am going to apply oci in bls Montreal. What mode of payment do they accept? Is DD required or i can pay all through debit card. Thank you for your reply.

the next status could take up to 25 calendar days (total days up to 43 calendar days) and will be:
  1. Documents Printing Status PROCESSED
  2. Dispatched From MEA (OCI) NEW DELHI
  3. Document received at TORONTO
  4. Ready for Dispatch & Dispatched (BLS)
Receive OCI Booklet

I have applied my OCI on 21st June (Walk-in) and application status is still Processing at High Commission from a month ago..Do I contact them

the days mentioned in my post above are only indicative averages for straightforward applications without much complexity. In reality, it fluctuates quite a bit as the TAT is also basis workload at New Delhi given that OCI applications flow in from all over the world.

Hello,

I have applied for my OCI by Purolator and sent them the original Indian Passport. I received my passport back yesterday by Purolator. Do I have to pay again for the return label for OCI booklet?

I am sure it is close to be recived by you.
Btw dispatched from New Delhi and received in Toronto the same day? I am assuming all these are electronic documents. Verbiage sounds like they are shipping it lol.
