I need to include this with my dad's PR application.
Can anyone give me a sample?

back home, in Indonesia, he doesn't own a home so he doesn't have tax papers, electricity bill, etc.

The only thing he has is birth certificate, change name, an ID card, which will all be translated and notarized.

he definitely lives somewhere. maybe he rents an apartment or just lives with someone? they just need a proof of his address in his home country.
