Hey guys. I have a question. Please advise with thoughts. If someone is doing a job in NOC B, and they then get promoted to NOC 0 manager position, what happens then? does it help with PR process? or do they give it sooner or it’s same .. because CEC is experience from past? Please advise if anyone knows

there are no “priority passes” based on NOC. Processing timelines depends on the complexity of the application, IRCC / local visa office work load distribution.
